THIS TIME WE FOUND OUT THAT MAINTENANCE OF FACILITY HAD DETERIORATED : - DOORS OF THE WARDROBE IN THE BEDROOM WERE STUCK, AND COULD NOT BE USED, ALTHOUGH ATTEMPTS TO FIX IT. - TO TOILET SEAT WAS LOOSE AND NOT PROPERLY TIGHTENED, AND SEAT SLIDED AND WE SLIPPED OFF THE SEAT. ETC. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT MANAGEMENT OF A CLASS HOTEL WILL IMPROVE THE MAINTENANCE, TO AVOID DISCOMFORT AND ALLOW GUESTS TO ENJOY THE...

"Hotel location is great, right in the old town with many bars and restaurants near by. The hotel itself is really beautiful and very nice staff with high service level. The only issue was with the aircon, which was on "winter mode" which made the rooms too warm with no option to cool it a bit. In general, its a great place to stay with very high value for money. I recommend."
