"We had an excellent stay at the IHG Budapest. The check-in staff were excellent, and the riverside location right near the chain bridge is excellent. Would highly recommend. The only drawback is that the bathroom was looking a bit tired and could do with some refreshing."

"Hotel in an excellent location. At a main intersection with public transportation to any point in the city. Large and well-equipped rooms. There is a pleasant piano bar in the evenings. Plenty of restaurants and cafes and a supermarket nearby. The staff is also helpful in every matter."

"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""
