However, overall it was a disappointing experience for a 5* hotel, as it simply was not a 5* experience; same breakfast every day and often running out of items, tapas restaurant was very poor value for money with insufficient staff to run it, no pool service or extra pool towels available, you need a car as there is no beach access and no regular shuttle service, also at the beach there are no beds arranged for hotel guests. Would not recommend spending a week...

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the ocean view from the room was stunning. We also loved the water fountain in the lobby for our water bottles. It was so convenient. The only things we didn't enjoy were the overly firm mattress and STRONG room perfume."
