"All the staff we encountered, without exception, were welcoming, helpful and able to help with any queries. The hotel in general was very clean Our bathroom door would not shut. This was reported and we were told it would be dealt with after our stay. If we return to Glasgow we would stay there again."

"Birthday get together with family. Great welcome on checking in. Rooms were lovely, very spacious and beds were very big. Lovely bar with great staff/service and cocktails! We all had breakfast in our room which was excellent. Great choice. Great overnight stay. Would recommend."
