"An older property but clean. Wonderful staff. Some fixes were quickly dealt with. 2 mins from the station. Many nearby shops and good restaurants and bars. Busy area but everyone very friendly. There was a free minibar and free booze in decanters — that’s a first! Don’t expect single malt."

"Room very small but clean, very comfortable bed, good shower with plenty hot water. Missed having a kettle in the room. For the money we paid couldn’t really fault it and it was very well situated. "

"Great location, beautiful public areas and a lot of investment has been made in recent years. That said, the investment in the rooms has however not kept the same pace and are quite dated. That said, they're clean and comfortable and that is what's important! "

Last min get away great choice

"I had booked my stay on Experia which was not as I thought when I got to hotel lady on reception sorted this out in a flash with manager Hotel staff could not do enough for you at breakfast spa area cafe treatment area all great we stayed in the lodges very well set out spacious and comfortable "
