"Had a lovely stay, grounds around property lovely, food menu could be more varied, bar area doesn’t really cater for eating, had to ask for menu which was same as restaurants, does say dog friendly, didn’t feel this, think taking extra money per night for dogs and you get nothing for this not worth it, no bowls or treat for dogs in rooms, house keeping staff where very friendly and helpful - overall a good stay but not ideal "

"Friendly staff, large comfortable rooms, very tasty food but central heating in all communal areas seemed turned off (radiators all cold) so uncomfortably cold in the restaurant and lounge areas. Guests wearing coats to keep warm. Heating in bedrooms fine. "

"Easy check-in, lovely room and en suite but heating only in bedroom so the bathroom was freezing. VERY poor wi-fi unfortunately and this limited tv viewing. This was our second visit. Plenty of parking and friendly staff."
