"It was a historical renovation, tastefully done, each room slightly different from the next and a relaxing lobby. The building is tucked away, not on the street. The best part, however, was how helpful the staff were. They helped locate places we had booked, like flamenco dances up in the caves, gave us maps and directions for everything, stored our luggage, helped with boarding passes, and were just generally friendly and available."

Turn down service included truffles on the bed. We had a dinner in the restaurant. Food was top flight and beautiful despite temporary location. Breakfast buffet not fancy but adequate. Waiter on Tuesday morning was coughing everywhere, a single deficit in our experience at this nearly perfect hotel. "
