"We weren't here long enough to enjoy the facilities. Only stayed one night to go to the Pyramids which was really easy to get to, about 5-10mins in an Uber for a few pounds. The rooms were very nice, great shower what you will expect in a 5* hotel. Breakfast was nice too. Staff are all really nice and helpful too"

"I don't think I could say enough good things about this hotel. When I first arrived I had a problem with my credit card getting declined. Omar took the time to help me call the credit card company and get the problem resolved. All the different staff at the front desk were super nice and made me feel welcome. The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the Sphinx entrance and there was an atm not too far away and easy to find. I was able to purchase a sim card from the front desk which came in very handy when communicating with the various day tours that I took. Omar was great at offering the different tours and I went on one to Saqqara which was fantastic. The cafe was located on the sixth floor with a stunning view of the pyramids and the sphinx. Again, the serving staff was very nice as were the cleaning ladies.The room was modern and kept very clean. I was always supplied with plenty of water. If I ever went back to Cairo/Giza I would stay at this hotel for sure. I highly recommend it!"
