"I have stayed at this hotel twice. Kamal seems to be the local manager. At this time, I am providing information about him only, and not the property. Kamal is a very nice man. His English is very good. He greeted me warmly on both visits. On the latter visit, I arranged for two tours--of the step pyramids, Memphis and the Giza pyramids and of the three major museums. A good guide was provided for the first tour. I liked the driver who picked me up at the airport, so Kamal arranged for that...

"Giza is dirty and noisy, any property would get a similar review. The hotel is very close to the Pyramids and if you get a view room, they are very close. The food in the upstairs restaurant is very good, and a large Egyptian breakfast is included. I would probably stay in Cairo on my next visit, as the Pyramids are a fair distance away. "

"The Mamlouk Pyramids Hotel over delivered in terms of location and view. The balcony room and restaurant had a gorgeous sunrise view of the pyramids and we were literally around the corner from Giza Plateau. The staff did not complain at all for having to wait up until 4 am to check us in. "

"Went for the first time to Cairo, had our doubts but soooo worth the visit. If you get the chance to upgrade the room to suite do it. We stayed at a suite with garden, zoo and pyramid views breathtaking. The service is exceptional, the room service meals amazing. Well worth the price. Would stay there a million times more. We were sooo sad to leave. They made our stay unforgettable. "

"This hotel was great. It is right by the river nile. I was able to see the Pyramids from my hotel room and get a view of the Nile river. In the morning you could see the sail boats. It was fascinating. The staff were excellent, v. friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Asmaa. The restaurants are great. The breakfast was awesome. "The hotel was good value for the cost but there in nothing around it. If you want to go out you have to go by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr Mahmoud the restaurant manager was very attentive. Overall a satisfactory hotel. "
