"Really nice spot stay a night or 2 to enjoy Shirakawago. Facility amenities is unmatched. Onsite onsen is nice ( private/public). A bit far from the bus station however they do have shuttle service to the bus station and back. Highly recommended especially with a large party."

"We enjoyed the stay here, there are public and private outdoor onsen. It’s was really amazing as it’s snowing when having the onsen outdoor. The breakfast is nice too and there are free flow of drinks, geeen tea, orange juice and beer at the reception. "

"The stores were all closed when we arrived on a Tuesday but the hotel was lovely and the staff were wonderful. The good was very good and the outdoor bath was heavenly. "

"Stayed two nights, probably the best hotel. So convenient to dining options. Walking distance to old town and morning market. Book the deluxe room. Room was huge with 3 beds and a sofa where u can put a futon if have 4 Guest. Also have space for a table and chairs, I could eat breakfast with my family. But the best was the huge powder room, two person can do makeup side by side at same time. Then the washing machine to do laundry and the microwave oven all in your room. The onsen was super nice too. Love the open air onsen, big and beautiful. Parking for rental car was covered and spacious, glad we didn’t park at open carpark as it was snowing overnight and the next day. I will definitely stay again! "
