The complimentary breakfast is like being at a family members house when they make breakfast for you as a guest. You get what they serve you, but delicious. The staff desires you to be happy above all else. From what I could tell there were two women that did everything, but with a smile and always checking in with to make sure you were satisfied. "The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great with an attentive and flexible staff who adjusted breakfast times for an early excursion which they helped us book (a 360 island tour which was also excellent and reasonably priced compared to similar options). They were also very flexible with early check-in and departure. All around a great value for our short stay in San Cristobal."

"Unique hotel in San Cristobal! Loved the eco-friendly touch and the view when you have breakfast is AMAZING. Harry was so nice and helped us so much during our stay! He booked us our tour and ferry, and even called taxi in advance to make sure we were taken to the right place. He even made us a little to-go breakfast the morning we had to take the ferry. There's a lot of cats onsite, so cute and friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "
