"I was about to destroy this hotel in my review due to some issues we had there with a paid event and staff but as soon as I voiced my complaint, the other staff really stepped up to make things right. "I arrived at the hotel by noon after a long journey and had to wait almost 20 minutes for check-in. There was only one staff at the reception and she had to manage check-in check-out, and phone calls. The room carpets were looks like older for a hotel like this. The toilet was not so clean that I never expected from a hotel like this in UAE. The shower curtains were old with lots of mixed colors including some fungus growth. The windows were not cleaned from the outside with lots of dust on it....
