The ladies in reception were lovely, and extremely helpful and informative. The igloo exceeded all of our expectations. After reading a number of reviews with negatives, I have to say I couldn’t possibly disagree more. It’s enchanting. The workers are friendly. The food was fantastic. The igloo clean and so unique!! It was a once in a lifetime experience that I hope to do again. "

They put rose petals on the bed, made sweet towel swans, and left a hand-written note along with a snack. We go to Europe often, and next time we'll only be staying at Scandic hotels because of how wonderful this experience was and how nice it was to finally feel like our honeymoon was acknowledged and made special.
