"Fabulous hotel, perfect for a relaxed break whether that be as a couple or as a family. Overall, High standards and friendly service. Would definitely return. Only couple of issues we had was it was very difficult to find a parking space on arrival due to the busyness of the hotel and very slow service at reception checking in which meant significant time standing in a queue. One of the most disappointing points, which I did not expect from such a high class hotel, was when our beds were made...

"Great location in one of the most picturesque villages in Scotland. The 18th hole is just outside the back door and the road hole is right there too. Great for a peaceful early morning walk, even if you aren't a golfer. The stroll down the street along water to the ancient cathedral is a beautiful walk as well. Overall the food, location and room were first rate and some of the best accommodations we had in our week in Scotland."

"We were delighted to stay again in this apartment. Last time was in 2011. Clean and well equipped, and the parking is reserved. It is central for most of shops and cafés. Had a very enjoyable time."

Had a confirmation email within hours of booking and everything was absolutely as requested when we arrived. We made use of the leisure facilities too. Staff couldn't do enough for us, every single person we came into contact with, even helping us get the heavy wheelchair back into the car. Thank you, we will be back (we'd like the cocktail menu to be ready 🍹😉) "
