"On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came. No matress protectors for the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable its like sleeping on a lumpy floor. The grounds...

Lets Light in during the night, Shower head Broken, Cannot alter it, as drops to bottom, Sink plug was missing off sink was hung on pipe under Toilet, No Lock on Inside of Bathroom door. some people need privacy, The Deco / Beautiful Bathroom, yet a Pine mirror put on wall?
