"Mayte and Robert were very helpful, nice , wonderful . They assisted me with my requests. They both went way beyond their “responsibilities “ . Breakfast was great too. The room was spacious ( had high ceiling ). It helped during the blackouts in Havana. Maybe just maybe the hotel can do something “ to address” the frequent blackouts 😊"

Sure, but I can guarantee you won't find better service anywhere. They really do treat you like family, and go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this property! It’s a beautiful house and the staff keeps it absolutely clean. I love the Italian floor tiles. Gloria was a good host. Lianet the manager was excellent in communication and she speaks excellent English! Her tips about Havana were very helpful. Aleena and Daimara took excellent care of us. The breakfast was good but really expensive. There is an Ocean front area with nice restaurants just a couple of miles away. The center of Havana was about 15 minutes by Taxi. I highly recommend this place "
