"Everything about Tankardstown is top notch, from the bubbly welcome you receive to every interaction with the most accommodating staff. We loved our two-level, lovely decorated cottage room that included a small kitchen. If you can get a room, don't hesitate to book. You'll love it. Next time I return I'm staying as long as I can!"

I had a reservation for 2 nights, rec'd numerous emails from hotels.com about it (including the one linking to this survey) only to get there and be told the B&B closed in Nov 2022 and there was no lodging to be had. They literally laughed when we walked in. I contacted hotels.com online, only to be told they couldn't help. "Fuxed shower not my preference"

"We stayed in a courtyard room. It was beautiful. Really warm and cosy. Beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. Kettle, tea, coffee,milk and biscuits provided. We had our dinner in the bar and the food was amazing as was the breakfast. The whole place is spotless. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous. We had a walk through the forest. The staff are lovely and can't do enough for you.Definitely recommend."

"Lovely stay at the Knightsbrook. The Spa was extremely accommodating, I'm near the end of my 3rd trimester and was able to switch out one of the treatments to suit better, Laura is brilliant, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was pleasantly surprised in the Rococo restaurant. As a vegan I did not have high hopes that there'd be options for me but I managed to get dessert and all! Staff in all areas of the hotel are very attentive and pleasant. "
