"So our stay started off great! Lovey spacious family room with a smart tv to watch Netflix on so kids were delighted. However at around 12.30am the couple next door decided to have a domestic and our kids got scared listening to this. Adam the night porter moved us to another room within minutes of asking him. The room we got to smelled of smoke and paint which wasn’t ideal however the next morning we were moved to a similar room from the first night! In fairness the hotel couldn’t know that 2...

"Beautiful location. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was fantastic! Room was large and comfortable. Bed comfortable and the shower was great. I highly recommend! "

"Everything about the Hotel was five star except waiting service. If the waiting staff in the Restaurant had been properly trained I would have given the Hotel a five star status"

"Good was good. Have lettle and tea and coffe in the room. The sink tap was a bit too loose but not a major issue. The room service came into the room without knocking the door. It was a shock. Checking out no staffs at the front desk. Ok but nothing major. "

"Located right in the city center, which was great. The property is a little dated but very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. "
