"We’re returning visitors to Ric & Lolita’s place. The location is close to multiple sand beaches for snorkeling and swimming. Beautiful hikes are also nearby. The views from the house are incredible, with several places to enjoy those wonderful views while dining. The structure of the house, with high ceilings keeps it nice and cool. We didn’t need the air conditioning while we were there in March. We star gazed at night on the large. flat area that has several different comfortable areas...

"We were in awe when we arrived. Even at night, we couldn’t believe how beautiful our surroundings were and could not wait to see it all in the morning. Once we settled in, Catherine brought us the perfect meal after a long day of travel. We enjoyed breakfast and dinners on the Villa patio with my parents who stayed in the separate property above the cottage, which also has a pool and a full kitchen. "This was our 3rd trip to St John, and 1st trip to House of Open Arms. We love St John, but had always wanted to find a villa with a private pool. Mission accomplished! The sunrises are beautiful, the pool was a fantastic thing to have after a morning at the beach and Catherine does an awesome job as a host. Extremely comfortable and clean villa! Note the walk down to the villa is a little steep - but that's part of the charm. We also love staying in Coral Bay. It's a perfect escape."

"Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. On site manager was awesome...

"This spot was delightful and perfect for a couple. While there was an AC in the bedroom we never needed to use it. There were a couple of spots to eat close by so we never needed to cook. There was also some lovely hiking and beaches not too far away. The road to the home is very rocky and am SUV or other high riding car is essential. The owners of the home lives above us, which was not obvious from the description, but we hardly saw each other! All in all a wonderful place"

"First screened in porch/balcony with no insects and the view of Coral Bay and town! All the basics for cooking and barbecuing needed. Ann was ever so responsive the morning after we arrived to help us access wifi and use TV. We broke coffee caraffe first morning and she was there by noon with a replacement. We're going back next February. "

"My wife and I spent a week here and had an amazing time. The Skyloft was a perfect blend of quiet and remote yet clean, comfortable and luxurious. The location is conveniently close to many restaurants and beaches on the island and provided easy access for excursions. The views from the deck and bedroom were even better in person than in the photos. The hosts were also very helpful and provided plenty of detail in addition to maintaining welcoming accommodations. "

"Excellent rental house and property. We had the whole place to ourselves. Rental included entire first floor of the house with living room, full kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, wrap around deck, large yard, and our own pool!"
