"It was an interesting stay. Loved the staff, Jennifer in the restaurant and Elsa...well we just loved each other! Hotel needs work though, not up to Best Western Plus standards. No breakfast included and no hot water for most of our stay. Where is the plus? "

"The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can."

"Everything was good until the evening, the hotel, shut off, all the hallway, lights and stairway lights, my mom is walking down the stairs and she couldn’t see the steps properly and missed and caused her to fall and break her hip and shoulder. The hotel staff didn’t really care to help, we had to call the ambulance and when the help arrived, the hotel staff didn’t really care to help."

"The property is dated and could use some renovations but within walking distance of dining and shopping. No swimmable beach but a nice clean pool area. Staff was excellent even with our limited Spanish. Room and breakfast area were clean and comfortable. We had a car but could see that taxi and bus service was close by. "

"Overall very good. They need to clean public bathrooms better. Would not recommend for people with mobility issues,there are a lot of stairs."
