"The staff was so friendly and helpful and we loved the disabled access to the rooms, bathrooms, shower, restaurants and the guys in the cars help us a lot with the wheelchair everyone was so friendly. We loved the hotel and the staff"

"The property is larger than I thought. Check in was quick. English speaking staff were very obliging. Restaurants vary from outdoor, courtyard, formal dining room. Large swimming pool on the ocean. Located close to bus stops to take you downtown, wallmart, home depot, Sam's, restaurants, etc. We stayed on the property except 1 trip downtown. Room was newly furnished and clean. Tables by the pool to sit and enjoy sunsets and the freighters. This is where we will return when visiting Manzanillo next year."

"I genuinely enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. There were plenty of dining options in the plaza that the hotel is located in. There was unfortunately an earthquake one the nights we stayed, but staff was on top of everything making sure all the guests were safe and felt okay. "
