"Reception is located on the main road, there are several buildings and we went to the wrong one. Room wasn't ready, so had a welcome drink while i waited. Reception staff are good, hotel guests are mainly Japanese, asian. Breakfast starts at 5, perfect if you have an early round of golf, and there was a good selection. The restaurant also serves food all day, and the menu looked good. Room was a surprise, it had a kitchen and a proper bath with a separate shower. Very nice and a comfortable...

The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes. "

"This hotel is close to anything you could want to do that is in this area of Thailand. Ignore the negative reviews none of them are true, I’m glad I didn’t cancel my reservation after reading them because I would have been missing out. My room didn’t have the best view of the bay/beach. But I was rarely in it. The food is great, breakfast was well worth the added charge.
