Hotel with a Concierge in Chihuahua from SAR 183

"They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up. We ended up walking to the train at 7am in 33 degree F weather. Speaking of cold. When we arrived at the hotel at 2pm we discovered there was no heater in the room. "Their breakfast was above avg. location was good. Staff was very friendly. I tipped well but even considering that service was well above avg. the bed….way too hard, I switched rooms and still too hard. They seemed like expensive mattresses but way too hard. "
