"Pictures as of March 2024 depict a nice home in good condition with nice outdoor seating etc. - NOT ACCURATE - we experienced cockroaches, holes in couch, comforters and sheets, outside furniture gone or broken down. Dirty carpet in tree where hammock is depicted. I sent pictures to VRBO which they have acknowledged. I wish I could include pictures here. "Stayed here for five days. Great place to stay before our longer stay in Spanish Wells. You definitely need a vehicle as Eleuthera is 110 miles long. There are a few restaurants in the area, but others aren’t within walking distance. And since there is a kitchen, we took advantage of that as well. Especially for breakfast, and lunch. "

"We had a super time, despite the weather being a little chilly. House was comfortable with nice deck and great view and very quiet. Were games, chairs and snorkeling gear. Not much of a yard for kids to run around if you have them, though we did not see many yards available. Beaches we saw were stunning. "This is a very cute property. It is in third floor, but the exact flavor of the area I was looking for. The lady managing it was quick to respond to my needs and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I do not recommend it if you are overweight or have mobility issues. Otherwise…it’s perfect! Ac works good, overhead fan, greet hot shower!"
