"I would give this place 6 Stars if there was another one to give. I am well traveled, and this was the most exclusive/unique experiences that I have come across when staying at a Resort. There's plenty to do, the staff is extremely friendly, the food is excellent, and not overpriced when compared to other resorts. The views are incredible and the layout is what makes this place so unique. Will be back soon!"

"Everyone at the inn was welcoming and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer. Location is perfect, and it’s a quick, quiet, solitary walk down a hidden path/road to get to a virtually deserted beach. Idyllic. Food at the restaurant is excellent. "

"This resort reminded struck me pleasantly as a mini version of the Beverly Hills Hotel, yet meeting the pink sand beach. Upscale everything yet clearly preserving the island tranquility vibe. The staff excellent and genuinely friendly and accommodating. "

"Our stay at High Seas was nothing short of spectacular! The house itself had everything we needed and was in a beautiful and secluded area but super close to Rainbow Bay. The house was just as pictured…open and so bright and the view of the ocean was beautiful! Just as important was the communication we had with Jackie. She was responsive and so nice and provided us with great information about the house, the area and the island. 10/10..highly highly recommend !!! "

"A great place to stay. Would definitely stay again. I loved that it is locally owned and staffed. The room was great. Plenty of towels and toiletries to use. The breakfast was simple by tasty. The staff was overall very friendly. We got a complimentary late check out, which we greatly appreciated. The only downside was that the ventilation duct in the bathroom is communicated with other rooms, and you can hear conversations and noises very clearly from other rooms."

"I had a great stay at the property. Staff was wecloming & nice. I will stay there when i return. I recommend the property for others to stay. One thing & the only thing i was disappointed in was the temperature of the hot water....didn't get to my liking, more warm than anything. But overall it was a great stay."

"Imagine sweeping seaside views from your cliff top deck, crashing waves, salt air invigorating your skin, gorgeous dark night skies, peace and quiet, and getting back in touch with nature. Now add a solidly built home with comfortable beds, clean & spacious bathrooms, ample kitchen, and lots of windows to take in the views. The home is on solar and that came in very handy one day during a planned island power outage- we were able to turn on the solar power to protect the food in our fridge/freezer. Also, the air conditioning was really nice to use in the dusk and dawn hours when you need to close up the home to avoid the "no see ums" getting inside. The rest of the time we loved opening the windows and turning on the ceiling fans to bring the fresh air inside. And be sure to get up early to catch the beautiful sunrise from this wonderful home/property!We'd also recommend renting an SUV through Robert Thompson (aka Mr Bones Car Rental). His wife, Tiffany, runs Daddy Joe's Restaurant in Gregory Town. Be sure to enjoy thier fresh delicious food and don't miss Taco Tuesday with live music! And when our departure flight was canceled last minute, Daddy Joe's provided us with a clean, comfortable room for the night. We felt well taken care of for sure.Thank you, Mark and crew, for a wonderful, memorable stay!"

"this little place is perfect for 2. clean and perfectly appointed. .bed was supper comfortable. we were here for 6 days. the deck looks out over the ocean and the set up lets you bask in the sun or sit in shade at different times of the day. we never used the ac. great breezes. we had breakfast here every morning and ate at the front porch and da lish. visited awesome surfers beach and lovers beach. took a day trip to harbor island and the beautiful beach there. this little place is very private and a perfect place to stay if you want to be comfortable and explore. we will definitely return!"

"The property is located on a beautiful beach just steps away. There are grocery stores near by. The sites on the North end of the island are also close by. Spent a day on a boat with Cpt Riley from Spanish Wells Charter and had an amazing time! Southern attractions are a little farther away but not bad. Plenty of local places to eat and the food is great!! If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this is the place you are looking for!sites are a little farther away but not to far."
