"We had an amazing time with our family at Waters Edge Villa! The views are spectacular, the villa was spacious and well appointed. It had everything we needed for our stay in Nassau. Mark, the host was fantastic in communicating and answering all of our questions. Monique was awesome transporting us to wherever we needed to go. Our only wish was to stay longer! "We loved staying at here! The neighbor is quiet and calming compared the hustle and bustle of in town. The property is a 10 minute walk to a grocery store, which was very helpful when we arrived and our car was not available. When it became apparent that Hertz was NOT going to have a car for us (even with a reservation), Roger came to the rescue and found us a car to rent on Boxing Day! So grateful! Yamacraw Beach is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away. It was a great place to swim in the ocean without any crowds. We appreciated all the the off street parking that at the house, and the kind dog, Sarah that greeted us while we sat on the porch drinking coffee and reading. A very relaxing time for the holidays! "

"We had a wonderful time at the property. We were able to check in early which was a godsend because we had a sick baby. The townhouse is well stocked especially if you have an infant. We liked the quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The bed were comfortable and the private beach down the street was perfect. Vanessa was a responsive host. "

We tried some of the chefs he recommended for drop off meals, grocery delivery and all were wonderful. It the most relaxing a vacation can be when traveling with small children 😀"

The location made it easy to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Bahamas. Our host, Tiffany, was beyond exceptional—helpful, intelligent, and incredibly respectful of our space and time. She provided great local tips and was always available when we needed her, which made our experience even better. I can’t wait to return!
