"My family of seven just got got back from an amazing week at Andrea’s place in Nassau. The home/property is absolutely gorgeous (we were shocked with how nice it is) and Andrea’s customer service / responsiveness was excellent. The house itself is amazing, but the patio / pool area are truly incredible - it felt like we were in a private, luxury hotel. I would highly recommend this property and we will be back!"

"We had a great time at this property! We had 5 kids between 2 and 7 and there was something to do for everyone. Multiple pool options and the beach a few steps from the front door. "My family stayed at this beautiful condo for a week and it was exactly as described! The amenities offered at Palm Cay are a great addition to the property. The food at the pink octopus restaurant was very good both times we ate there. We rented a golf cart from the owners and that process was easy and quick. "What an amazing throw back trip. I grew up going to my parents house on mangrove cay. Many things have changed and many thing are the same! My daughter,husband and my grandchildren loved every minute! We swam,snorkeled and slowed down to island life behavior! Any negatives were manageable….we needed a decent broom to keep up with the sand coming in😀! Nice Getaway

"We enjoyed the property. View and accommodations were nice. Keep in mind, access to the resort amenities requires an additional fee(that was not clearly stated in the listing).I recommend renting a car unless you plan to remain on the property for the duration of your stay. It is approximately 30 minutes from popular tourist destinations. "

Sunrise by the Sea - the ocean on your doorstep!

AMAZING

"Our family of 7 stayed here for the second time now. It truly is a hidden gem. The home is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy yourself including AC!My 5 year old spent her days playing in the sand and "doggy paddling" in the shallow calm waters.I myself brought along my paddle board and ventured out to slightly deeper waters to snorkel and explore.Highlights were seeing a nurse shark, many turtles, sting rays, and starfish.My family plans on making this a family tradition as many memories were made.Thanks again for an amazing vacation."

Luxurious Poolside Villa in Exclusive Palm Cay Beachfront Resort

Excellent people great owners

"The property is nicer than the pictures show. Spacious enough to comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children. Palm Cay itself is a lovely gated community with tennis and pickle ball courts (always available), lovely beach and shallow waters for swimming, snorkling and wading (good for adults, teens and young children), and a beach club with a lap pool that I recommend joining. Winnie who manages the property is amazing. We have booked through VRBO many times in the past but the communications through Winnie are unmatched. She is incredibly responsive and helpful. Winnie recommended Fred as a driver to pick us up at the airport and we cannot say enough about Fred. We used him many times during the month we were there and he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was a problem for him. Best driver ever!We cannot over emphasize how great the experience was."
