"Amazing hotel with amazing service "

"The staff is welcoming and friendly. The place is clean, the buffet is nice 😋 the breakfast is delicious and varied. There was just some construction work at the gym, they had to update this detail. This was the only negative point for people who trained every day."

"The room was spacious but seemed not completed as some sockets were not installed and wires were visible. The shower room is small. It had an amazing nature view to the forest and the chipping of the birds was a great experience. The neighborhood was safe But the property has no restaurant. The internet in my room was only available at the window side and it was very unstable. The swimming pool was dirty. The hotel doesn’t have any English speaking attendants. Quite difficult communicating with the staff if you don’t know English The room didn’t have some basic things like shower slippers, shampoo, soap and lotion. The serviettes at the kitchen end, the coffee marker or boiler. When I arrived it lacked cutlery and dustbin until I asked for them"

"This hotel is located in Akwa and accessible to many areas. Finex voyage, market, and shopping center are within a shot walk. The guest wifi was non accessible. The hotel had to provide me with their own internet access. Overall, the staff were very helpful. I would not hesitate to book another stay on my next travel to Douala. "
