"Two things: 1) When I arrived on the night of the 5th the front desk had no info about my booking and gave a room I did not want because the hotel was almost full! 2) Since I booked online from the US, when I requested my sign out bill they front desk was unable to as I was told that since I booked in the US they couldn’t give me any bill.
