"The hotel advertises laundry facilities but there are none. It was one of the reasons I chose to stay there, allso because of the perfect location. I would have left, but started to wash my laundry in the sink, but there was no hot water, only cold, and then the water cut out.... "We stayed in Kirbi for 2 nights and 3 days. It was our first time in the city and we are so glad we chose Résidence Hotelière Mezza Vista!! The property was stunning, clean and was in a close distance to a lot of activities we wanted to do. There was a pool, a bar and and a television. We have to truly thank the owner Pierre who took the time to show us around the city and was so accommodating during our entire stay."
