"This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking "

"We stayed at the hotel for a short getaway. The property was clean and well organized concerning the COVID situation. Unfortunately the restaurant was mediocre at best and we had no hot water for almost half of our stay. "

"Swimming facilities are excellent. Although the lack of food options could be better. Very expensive to dine. No kids option for the buffet dinner, and not much vegetarian options for main meal. Overall a very pricey buffet dinner at sawadee. "

"This property caters to travelers at the Berlin airport, and excels in this. It is a short walk outside the airport, has quick check-in and check-out with courteous and efficient staff, quiet rooms, and offers convenient and quick breakfast and dinner service. I wouldn't choose this hotel for more than a one night stay, but for a one night stay before a flight it is perfect."
