"The hotel is very convenient for those who are looking for to stay closer the the airport, service, room, front desk, lobby are great. Staff at front desk and restaurant are very nice, helpful and polite. Breakfast is not included in the price, you have to pay extra money to be included at the entrance of the restaurant or when you book the hotel, but breakfast is excellent. A/C doesn’t work properly, and you have to book and pay extra $16 box for transfer airport, because the hotel doesn’t...

"I walked in to the real airport hotel to check in. I found I had to take a taxi to the second intercity hotel on the other side of the airport. Not happy at 11pm having arrived on a Ryan air flight. Not clear and I will inform on social media. This hotel needs a warning to potential customers that it is a taxi ride away costing at least 25 euros! I wont be returning there."

"We loved our stay in this charming modern property. The list of positives; room had AC as it was hot during our stay. Appreciated the daily small bottles of complimentary water! Shopping in delicious dinning were walking distance as well as the Sancucci park and castles. Public transportation was at the corner. The room was non smoking. The bed was comfortable. Daily breakfast was optional we chose to eat at the local restaurants. Desk staff was always so helpful a cordial. Shower water...

"The hotel is located up in the hill near the palace. Many things in Potsdam city is located far from the central station, and this hotel was the same. So we took a taxi to get there, but we figured how to get around with public transportation next day and it was easy. Beautiful hotel, and have everything you need, breakfast had so many choices and very fresh! "
