"The bed was hard my mom woke up with a backache. Pillows could have been full size. When you flushed the commode it made a loud noise. Room was clean and big which benefited my mom since she is 91 and has difficulty walking. Night staff was so friendly . He actually got my mom's wheelchair from my truck and pushed her to our room. He is the first to be so kind . I have never had any other motel/hotel staff help me."
