"Very good hotel in the middle of the old town. Only two items I can think of where the hotel could improve: 1- the air conditioning system in the rooms is not particularly user friendly, so one may end up feeling either too cold or too warm; 2- as the hotel seems to be family run, the same person who looks after breakfast is supposed to help customers check out, which clearly is an issue if somebody is in a serious hurry. If so, I'd suggest customers to clearly state at what time they need to...

"The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!"

"Well priced centrally located hotel in the heart of old town Bergamo, located above a friendly restaurant/ coffee shop. Room was basic but adequate for a short stay, only downside was the shower ( we had read previous reviews so knew this might be an issue) it was snug & water came out in bursts rather than a constant flow."

"Flight arrived from Bergamo airport past midnight, only 10 mins to get an Uber to the hotel but it is on the pricey side €42 for a short journey but considering not having to drag my luggage all the way to Milan, that was an ideal solution. The hotel staff was very helpful with late check in. Room was extremely spacious and modern. Perfect temperature without me having to adjust the air conditioning.
