"Enchanting hotel within the heart of Bergamo, lots of boutique and high street brands in walking distance. Also near the train station, bars, restaurants, café's and gelaterie - reception can recommend. The staff are always courteous and you will receive a warm welcome."

"Very good hotel in the middle of the old town. Only two items I can think of where the hotel could improve: 1- the air conditioning system in the rooms is not particularly user friendly, so one may end up feeling either too cold or too warm; 2- as the hotel seems to be family run, the same person who looks after breakfast is supposed to help customers check out, which clearly is an issue if somebody is in a serious hurry. If so, I'd suggest customers to clearly state at what time they need to...

"We needed to wait for a long time for someone to open the main door both at the time of arrival and during check out. The page of the hotel advertise free parking but it wasn't. The "free" parking was on the street and only during the night. When we asked for a longer parking place the hotel charged us 10€. The staff was very nice and polite despite those problems! "
