"The hotel appeared a bit old from the exterior but our room was actually in an upgraded area of the hotel and was quite comfortable. We even had a view of the old city centre on the hill. The location is fabulous as it's close to the funicular to the old town as well as being close to the city centre and the train station. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice. Overall, great stay!"

"We wasn’t staying in Bergamo for long, just the one night to watch the football. Hotel is ideal if arriving on train as it looks onto the station. Hotel is good, rooms are modern and the shower is decent. "

"This is a wonderful boutique hotel perfectly situated for a stay in beautiful Bergamo's Citta Alta. We were greeted so warmly - the managers and staff are all smiles all the time! - and welcomed with a glass of lovely local White and a charcuterie board, while we watched the tiny funicular which goes up to the highest point of the town. "The property is 12 miles from Bergamo. Looks like regular Motel 6 along the highway. I don’t know why it’s called Bergamo something. The restaurant at the hotel works only two days a week. Nazar restaurants or bars in the area. Basically speaking the hotel is in the middle of nowhere."
