"The room is spacious, we got the family room, during the stay there were few times power failure but restore quite fast, initially we got room 719, there was no power, then we asked for another room the front desk immediately gave us the replacement. Transport maybe a issues at times "

"The hotel is under renovation so we could not stay there. Called hotels.com but was put on hold for a ridiculous 92minutes. Agent said will look for a vacancy nearby the amir hotel and get back to me, but did not get back to us after waiting for close to 2 hours. Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend. I wish to speak to the higher up of hotels.com for compensation."

"Provide shuttle service to Nagoya Hill Mall & BCS. Breakfast provided are very basic, only few dishes. It's opposite GO CART & abt 10mins walk to Golden Prawn Seafood Restaurant."

"Didn't like having to walk through the dining room to access the gym and pool! Some decking boards around the pool felt unsafe when stepped on. Loved the welcome drink on check in and selection of different foods at breakfast, especially the Indonesian cruisine. Hotel is very walkable from the ferry terminal and Megamall. Overall a great stay! "
