"Beautiful resort right by the Nile river in New Aswan area! The property is new, opened a year ago. There is nothing around yet. It is all 3 -floor villas with only 3 guest rooms in each villa. You share a huge living room and kitchen on the 1st floor and a huge activity area with balconies on 3rd floor. You have your own guest room and bathroom, balcony on 2nd floor. The property is about 20-30 minutes car ride to old Aswan, where you can find all the shops and restaurants. Hotel has a shuttle...

"Location is great. I had an issue with the air conditioning breaking down in the middle of the night, but they took care in a professional way. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Simbel."

"Our room needed some maintenance and we assume had not been used for sometime. For example, the sliding door to the balcony screeched loudly when we opened and closed it. The bathroom looked like it had been poorly finished around the bath and sink. The shower wasn't easy to use. Otherwise we enjoyed the view from our room across the Nile, the pool area was very nice. Service for drinks and food was incredibly slow - it looked like there was only one staff member dedicated to serving everyone....

"The place might be a bit in the middle of nowhere, but it is an absolute jewel. Incredibly well decorated, it is like no other hotel I have been. The staff was lovely and very accommodating, we arrived late because of a plane delay and they arranged a lovely meal for use despite the fact that the kitchen was closed. The beds were very comfortable."

"In addition to being a nice place to stay (we stayed there in 2019, and 2024), we love all the artwork in the building and on the grounds--the sculptures and the mosaics and stained glass. NEVER remove them in the name of Modernism. Keep them! They give the hotel a timeless elegance. Also, thank you for relighting your neon sign on the roof, and using the original neon tubing where possible, rather than LEDs which rot in the sun over time, whereas neon is glass, and made by hand. "We had a good experience at this hotel. We only stayed for one night. Service was good but not excellent. Signaling to get to places was poor. Many of the staff members would not speak English and even though most of they tried to assist they were not properly trained or did not know themselves how to help. "My stay was quite fine. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are rather spare in design but seem recently refurnished in soft light sage color, white ceiling, beige tile floor, black furniture. The bathroom had new fixtures. The staff is marvelous and friendly even packing me a breakfast to take to the airport for my 7:00 a.m. flight. The hotel is right near the Souk, or great Market, so it is in a busy area, though also walking distance to the river and various boat trips on felucca or motorboat."

"One of a kind resort overlooking the Nile with a Zen garden that is only matched by the warmth of the staff. The manager quickly took care of a room issue I had. The food at the restaurant is farm to table and one can laze the day away staring at the Nile...or take a sail out of ride a bike around. I wish I could've stayed longer!"
