Loved taking a small boat to Elephantine island. Beautiful grounds to stroll and restaurant in the tower had stunning views of the water and night life happening on the other side. The staff were amazing from check in, spa, housekeeping to the drivers/porters to the boat. I will recommend to all my friends.

We stayed at this hotel with young children in a family suite. Well, the hotel looks to have aged a little bit from the outside internally. It’s full of character and he’s truly a wonderful sanctuary right in the heart of Aswan. Because the hotel is on an island, you have to get there via a little fairy ride and it is a delightful way to experience the hotel for the first time There are Great dining options inside the hotel and everything is very reasonably priced By far the Best asset of the Hotel are the wonderful staff who truly care for your experience and went out of their way to make sure that our family had a great time.

Nice business hotel, but overpriced
Hotel is on a little Island only reachable by boat. A ferry service (2 mins) is available 24/7. The room is nice and i would say a good business hotel standard, but the price tag (250 Eur/night) is not justified in my opinion, for that everything should be amazing and it wasn't, bathroom feels dated. I stayed in other well-known hotels during my Egypt trip that were more than half that and the standard was as good and in some cases better. Breakfast is great, staff is pleasant, setting is nice..but again, price tag not justified in my opinion.

Astounding location and beautiful room with view
The hotel is on an island. The campus is huge and beautiful and surrounded by river Nile. They gave me a free upgrade of room. The front deck of the room had beautiful views of the Nile. The breakfast was great

Barely a 3 star hotel
Maybe there was a time that this hotel was great. We stayed at the “new” part and had a nice view but the bed was not comfortable at all, sink would overflow in couple of seconds and the shower hose was broken and raptured. They “fixed” these after we told them next day, but just a little faster drainage and somehow a still leaky hose with water going hot/cold randomly every minute. Flush wasn’t working properly either. The breakfast was mediocre, after trying the items the best ones were butter and honey and bread and boiled egg. Basically any food that was processed further was worse! (Super oily and stale sambusa or low quality cold cuts …) The only thing that was great was their Egyptian restaurant Mezze. I’ll definitely try to avoid this brand or the “ALL” hotel group if this is one of their best.

Wonderful Location in Aswan
We stayed at this property in December of 2022 and cannot recommend it enough. The location is amazing and the hotel has a boat that runs every 15 minutes to take you back to the main land. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in Aswan.

the concierge were a gem! went above and beyond, from organizing a very last minute transfer to having delivered a left itemn at our next hotel. can only highly recommend as the place to stay in aswan. location is amazing too!
