"We loved our stay at the beach house, it is located in a quiet and peaceful and private spot on Manson's lagoon. Our stay was in the winter, and we enjoyed cozy evenings reading books and playing games by the wood burning fire. The cabin has an amazing array of very interesting books. We enjoyed the occasional fire outside by the firepit at the edge of the lagoon. This would be a good place for a birder, as the lagoon was always busy with birds feeding in the area. The wood burning hot tub was a delight after a chilly paddle. We felt rested and relaxed after 5 days here and the kids loved our daily paddles on the lagoon and night time explorations at low tide, where we found to our surprise that the water would glow with bioluminescence when disturbed."

" Historic Inn in a beautiful location. No TV or modern type amenities might bother some, but made for a very peaceful two evenings . Rooms are smaller due to age of the building but had a small private veranda . Brian at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed staying here. "
