*Please note a $500 refundable damage deposit is held on your credit card (as a pre-authorization) and released within 5 business days after checkout, assuming no damages.

-Please respect privacy of neighbours by not entering neighbouring properties or blocking neighbouring driveways (note that the driveway is shared).
-No smoking allowed- security deposit will be charged if evidence of smoking
-No candles allowed inside the home
-No events or parties
-No pets allowed unless explicitly set up prior to check-in- (fee may apply)
-Quiet time between 10:00pm and 8 am to respect our neighbours
-Always ensure gas BBQ, gas stove, Oven, wood fireplace etc are off when not in use and at check-out
-Please do not leave garbage outside in the winter (to prevent bears from visiting). Please place garbage bins in pool house in the winter.
