Check-in was easy, but it is a keyed entry and the key had a mind of its own so it took us a couple minutes to get in. It was a tight entry through two doors and immediately downstairs into the basement, but once there it was very spacious and enjoyable for the whole family. I would stay again."

Was a little surprised only outdoor chairs in the family room, no couch or tv (no where to hang out with family). Shower head was really low (if you're over 5 feet 10 then you have to bend down to shower? Lacking glassware. Nothing to drink out of. TV's in bedrooms were great, beds were comfortable. Water and heat worked well. "

Also basically right in front of the Prudential center for those looking for a place to stay after a game or concert. My only complaint is that the neighborhood is very loud. We struggled to sleep because of all the sirens and ambulances at night. There were a few sketchy folks walking around at night, but that is par for the course in large cities. We still...
