"The room was spacious, clean, quiet. The staff were very nice and courteous . I recommend Brentwood to anyone who needs a clean quiet place visiting or on business in Hobbs or the surrounding area. "

"It was in disrepair. I have stayed there previously and had access to take my dog outside of the property conveniently but this time the gate was inaccessible I had to walk all the way around the building and it was very cold outside. The shower head sprayed out from the connection of the waterline. Not enough towels."
