"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cedar Sunset on the Lake! The home was extremely clean and provided every necessity that you could ever need! The bed and furnishings were extremely comfortable and by far the best I’ve experienced in a rental property. The lake was right out the back door and we spent a lot of time on the dock while the kids were always in the lake and provided paddle board. "The area was super quiet and pitch black at night. The tent was cute and perfect size. We however did not end up staying. It was super smokey, when I opened the stove to add wood even more smoke poured from it. Being from eastern Kentucky those are what we had and they shouldn't do that, so I'm thinking the pipe was getting clogged. If not for that it would have been super cozy."

A reheated cup of coffee caused 2nd & 3rd degree burns when removed from the microwave. After the fact, we noted the mugs were stamped on the bottom in tiny print, "not microwave safe". "In town for our granddaughter’s first birthday party. There were several out of towners staying with our daughter and son-in-law for the party, so we booked a space at the Hruby Doobie Ranch. We knew it with be cool from the photos on the VRBO site, but the pictures did not do it justice! The ranch was a wonderful, peaceful, cozy, unique space! We are so grateful to the Hrubys for sharing their space! Would definitely recommend 10/10! "

"It was clean and roomy, just like the photos. Very safe, comfortable place to bring an elderly parent for a visit. The kitchen is amazingly equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a huge assortment of delicious coffees! Split bedroom arrangement allows for privacy.
