"We had a very enjoyable stay in Delft and the property is an easy walk from the beautiful pedestrianised town centre. There's also an easy bus to/from the station, which helped when we had our luggage with us. Our room was splendid and had a great view (Deluxe) and the staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good value and there were plenty of high-quality options. The hairdryer in the bathroom has an isolating switch on the part mounted to the wall, but it's hard to see as it's...

"Very friendly staff. They upgraded my room to give me more space. Nice to have a bath. "

"Excellent staff, well placed for a short walk to the city centre. Unfortunately, as it is a short walk from the city centre it is very noisy at night. We were woken each night after 1am. Breakfast is excellent, unless you get a coach party in, like we did, we just couldn't get seated one morning. Did we enjoy it, yes. Would we come back, probably not."

"Check in was complicated. They should have met us at the property to give us the keys and go over the property amenities, but instead we had to walk a half mile to find the store front where the keys were provided and had to be dropped off. The beds were basically all in one room. The property was on the first floor of what used to be a store front. The location was good though."
