"Small place but just enough space for a short stay. Great location for those visiting Delaware County. Didn't need them for my stay but great to have full size fridge and stove. Really appreciate the snacks and water. Great renters, really worked with me despite my oversight. Will return. "

"I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it. Pros: This property is in a good location/quiet street. The unit itself was clean. The double bed was comfortable The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok. Cons: On-street parking is challenging. The property is in an old building and it shows. The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down. Common/Entry hallway smelled of tobacco ... "

"I was very pleased with the property location. It was close to my family that I was visiting and walking distance to many restaurants. The property description was accurate and the accommodations were comfortable. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is there were multiple bulbs burned out in the light fixtures, some stains on the couch, and because I was not given all the correct codes to access the property in my check in instructions (there are 2 and I was only given 1). "I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...

"Great location near White Clay Creek park. Pictures of the deck and grill were deceiving since they are not easily accessible from rental unit (walk on steep sloped lawn with no walkway, climb stairs and located right outside of owners living room). Smoke from upstairs drifted into downstairs rental unit. I closed all the ceiling vents and it helped. My fault for not checking that there was no dishwasher. Be aware of excess fees in total price."
