"Perfect for our group of 7! Everyone had their own bed. Bathrooms were perfect. Towels, bed linens were perfect. The yard is immense and the view of the lake was gorgeous! Took a long walk on Saturday morning. Played games at the large dining room table, had a bonfire in the fire pit, visited Dancing Dragonfly winery. All fun! "

"This house is amazing, everyone had their own space but all could gather in the kitchen area. There is everything you need to cook and even had bagged ice waiting for us. The hosts thought of everything down to individual new toothbrushes in each bathroom. The master bedroom has an amazing view of the back yard, and the bathroom didnt disappoint. We went kayaking 2 different days, the ease of getting in and out of the water was a plus. Would recommend taking a phone out with you, my husband...

"This was a nice stay for us visiting the area for a wedding. We were able to rent just one house verses several rooms at a hotel. The only complaint which is no fault of the owners or host is that the highway is nearby and being country folk, we could hear the hwy noise all night. "

"My sister and I only stayed for one night and used one of the rooms in the house but it was the perfect place to stay for the concert. The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! Property is situated on a beautiful serene lot, hummingbirds were abundant out on the deck, had coffee and pastries in the am prior to checkout. Great spot!"

"Apple river house was very pleasant, easy to find everything, plenty of space for large get togethers. Great access to the Apple river if you are interested in tubing and very close to the cedar lake raceway. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again."

"This was our family's 4th annual Christmas stay at this property and, as usual, we all had a great time. The house was clean as usual and the views of the frozen lake was beautiful even if the lake was semi-frozen over and there was no snow to deal with. Plenty of room for our 14 people. Had no issues with our stay. Self-check-in so no problems with that. However, the TV in the great room had a small broken area in the upper left corner of the screen, however the distortions were limited to the...
