"We were put in a room across the hall from a young couple who came in and out of their room, talking in the hall, about 20 times between 2 a.m. until we checked out at 8 a.m. When this was brought up to the clerk at check out, her response was, “They have been our biggest problem the past couple days, but thankfully they are checking out tomorrow.” Why were we put in a room across the hall from them when the hotel was not at full capacity? We should be compensated. We stayed 4/27 checked out....
