"Lobby and breakfast area was updated and clean. Plentiful options for breakfast. Rooms were updated and clean. Waterpark area waa dirty. We visited right when it opened in the morning and there was food on the floor from the day prior. Overall we had a good experience and would stay again. "

"Property was all decked out for Christmas! We were greeted by the owners, room so comfy and warm and in winter in Iowa that's important, fresh delicious breakfast too!"
