It was easy to find from the ferry, very conveniently located near downtown Eastsound and all of the restaurants and shops, and extremely well outfitted. "This was our second time staying here and we love it for the peace and tranquility of the location, the well furnished space and roominess and most of all the happy decor! It is located close to Coupeville for fun shopping jaunts to the stores and restaurants but we make most of our meals in the kitchen. No matter what the weather, the covered porch overlooking Penn Cove is a great hangout spot for coffee in the morning and wine in the evening while watching the posse of curious harbor seals...

"Tongue and grooved knotty pine, Leathered granite counters, views of the water from every angle. High end amenities, a perfect place to unwind. High end flooring throughout with heated tile floors in the bathrooms and utility/wash room. An amazing place to stay on San Juan, perfectly situated between Friday harbor and Roche harbor. Orcas, sea lions and coast guard were plentiful for viewing from the two different balcony style decks. What a treat!"

"This property is recently updated, has a large bathroom and fridge. We found it clean and the parking in the alley was not bad. The neighbors are not sketchy. And the home is close to a lot of nice restaurants and bars. We dined at Anthony’s that is right up the road. I would recommend this property to stay at when you visit Anacortes!"

"I enjoy the off-season in resort areas so enjoy coming to Orcas Island in February. This house is cozy and comfy, and I’ve rented it 4 of the last 5 years, which ought to say something! You can’t beat the location! Note to Sandi , the owner tho: you need to provide a snow shovel and bag of ice melter/rock salt. "

"We had a wonderful stay & highly recommend, quiet part of the island with private beach access. In August we experienced all types of weather - rain / sun / cold / hot so pack for a typical PNW trip!"
